He sets the studio's strategic vision, oversees design quality and client engagement, and guides projects from concept through construction. Benedict combines rigorous design thinking with practical delivery, ensuring outcomes that are both considered and buildable.

Hance Charles is the studio's Chief Architect, responsible for technical design leadership, construction documentation, and coordination with engineering consultants. He translates ambitious design concepts into detailed, buildable plans, resolves complex technical challenges, and upholds quality and compliance throughout delivery.
Architect | Project Manager
George Mashauri is a Project Manager focused on coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time and on budget. He manages schedules, procurement, contractor engagement and client communication, and applies risk mitigation and value-engineering strategies to maintain programme and quality targets.
Site Supervisor | Project manager
Jackson Mollel is a Site Supervisor and Project Manager with extensive on-site experience delivering residential and commercial projects. He coordinates contractors and trades, enforces safety and quality standards, manages site schedules and logistics, and ensures construction aligns with design intent and specifications. Jackson is known for clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and reliably delivering works on time and to brief.
Accountant
Charles Utaru is the firm's Accountant responsible for financial management, budgeting, payroll, and reporting. He oversees bookkeeping, cashflow planning, tax compliance, and internal financial controls, ensuring accurate records and timely reports to support the studio's strategic and operational decisions.
Digital Creator | Web & Software Developer
Thomas leads the studio's digital and visual practice, crafting polished web applications, graphics, and visual branding systems. He specializes in front-end development, UX, and lightweight web tools that showcase projects and strengthen the firm's brand presence.
